Marguerite Lorenz, President, CTFA, CLPF

Since 2003, Marguerite has been a managing partner in Lorenz Private Trustees (LPT), and has served as a Professional Trustee and Executor on over a hundred cases. Ethics for Trustees 2.0, written by Marguerite, gives further understanding to the work of a Fiduciary, family member or professional.

Marguerite Founded Estate Planning Group Network in 2009 because she felt the professionals who serve the most vulnerable members of our community need to get to know each other well, before referring each other.

In 2012, Governor Brown appointed Marguerite to serve a four-year term as a Member of the Professional Fiduciaries Advisory Committee. Marguerite served as the Chairman for four years. Under her leadership, the Bureau developed various educational publications, and extended the national awareness of the fiduciary profession.

She is available as a public speaker on a variety of Estate Planning topics. Marguerite has presented to many professional organizations such as; San Diego County Bar Association, Professional Fiduciary Association of California, Orange County Bar Association, Independent Trustee Alliance, California Lawyers Association, Citrus Estate Planning Council, National Academy of Certified Care Managers, and many more. She has been a guest on many podcasts and broadcasts.

She enjoys being around people, educating, and listening. Marguerite says her favorite part of her work as a Private Trustee and Executor is really getting to know her clients.
